Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

However, eligible domestic orders may be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Returns

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
Free of stains, odors, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

EU Returns

Customers in the EU have a 14-day return window.

If you choose to return an order from the EU, you are responsible for any applicable deductions and fees associated with the return, including customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges.

These fees may be estimated and assessed by customs authorities and/or DHL and are not determined or collected by XIII.

Eligible EU returns will be issued store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping fees and any applicable deductions or charges.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit and not refunded to the original payment method.
